Trade mission to Denmark

19 March 2015

On March 17 and 18, we participated in an economic trade mission to Denmark. The mission was dedicated to sustainable energy and medical technology, which aligns well with our business focus. It proved to be a wonderful opportunity to explore the Danish market and establish new contacts.

New contacts

Technolution was represented by Marcel Dukker and Adriaan Schipper. During the networking activities and company visits, they made a wide variety of new and interesting contacts. Amongst others, visits were made to 3 hospitals, one of which possessed as many as 34 operation rooms. In addition to exploring potential partnerships, a lot of knowledge was gained of the local market and Danish way of working together.

Royal touch

The trade mission was organised in parallel to the Dutch state visit of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima to Denmark. The royal couple took part in various parts of the trade mission. This enabled us to present Technolution and SigmaXG to our king and queen.

For Technolution, the trade mission proved to be useful and successful; the first contacts have been made and the Danish market has been explored in further detail. Our expectations for this trade mission have been exceeded.
